This past month Kyle, Sally, the 2 girls and I saw the Stuttgart Zoo, Ludwig's Castle, Pumpkin Festival "Noah's Ark", and the Frankfurt Temple! I borrowed their car and drove to Rothenburg:) and discovered another cute house. (8 years ago I found my favorite european house and tried to paint a picture of it. it's still not done:) I found another one. Then I visited Hitler's haunts in Nurnberg and saw a very interesting film on the trials of Nurnberg.

- I was trained in Rishikesh, India, the yoga capital of the world. My training included Hatha/Asthanga Yoga and Meditation. Yoga is a journey that involves the body, heart and mind. I currently teach at Stanford University and Tesla in Bay Area, California. I love sharing what I learned with my students about the art of relaxation and combining yoga practice with every day life!
