Beautiful Torricella! I spent a weekend doing absolutely nothing except read, draw, eat, played guitar, and biked partially around this lake!

- I was trained in Rishikesh, India, the yoga capital of the world. My training included Hatha/Asthanga Yoga and Meditation. Yoga is a journey that involves the body, heart and mind. I currently teach at Stanford University and Tesla in Bay Area, California. I love sharing what I learned with my students about the art of relaxation and combining yoga practice with every day life!
